Summary:
Strategic leadership role responsible for architecting and establishing operational teams, processes and workflows for deposit operations functions supporting both consumer and institutional clients.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Responsible for architecting and establishing operational teams, processes and workflows for deposit operations functions supporting both consumer and institutional clients.
- Design operational support for traditional consumer deposit products as well as emerging digital asset products and services.
- Key stakeholder for new product and service initiatives. projects.
- Develop and document, or integrate existing, processes/procedures/policies to support the business lines. Maintain knowledge base library.
- Establish the operational infrastructure necessary for evolving product delivery to market.
- Oversee branch locations including facility management and branch employee network.
- Meet Training needs for Client Solutions
- Ability to think creatively with demonstrated experience solving unique delivery challenges that meet operational and regulatory requirements while supporting a premier client experience.
- Able to quickly pivot and balance multiple, high-priority initiatives successfully.
- Proven track record of building successful teams
- Flexibility to travel monthly to headquarters office and occasional additional travel for key meetings or industry events.
- This role is a critical leadership role within the Bank Operations organization, and will have the opportunity to influence and impact a growing financial institution. This role will also act as a backup for the SVP, Bank Operations.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of banking and leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Energetic, patient, positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Analytical problem solver who can work well under pressure and time constraints while maintaining high standards of accuracy
