The Opportunity:


Recycling Management Resources is seeking a Full-Time Production Lead for our Haw River, NC plant. The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant’s process, including planning, organizing, and directing workers to ensure that production target a being met in a timely and efficient manner.Shift Hours are Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The position reports to the Plant Manager.

How you will make an impact: 


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use by other departments as needed.
  • Schedule production runs or shifts to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss product quality and delivery schedules.
  • Review quality control reports for accuracy and addressing any problems that arise with suppliers.
  • Oversee the production process from beginning to end, including training staff members and planning schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure that adequate supplies are available for production processes.
  • Determine whether additional staffing is needed to meet production goals and communicate to the plant manager appropriately.
  • Make continuous safety observations to ensure that production goals are being met in a safe and efficient manner.

What you need to succeed:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience operating a skid steer and/or forklift. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 

Required Skills & Competencies: 


To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the job:

  • High awareness of safety at all times.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficient operation of forklift and skid steer.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate equipment properly and safely.
  • Strict adherence to OSHA and company policies.
