About the Role:


You will lead, mentor and manage a driven, high performing SDR team, using data and outbound tools to fuel smart, targeted outreach. You will partner closely with Marketing to create campaigns and strategies that drive both outbound and inbound leads, ensuring alignment across growth initiatives. You will also partner closely with AE sales leadership on SDR ➡️ AE paths to promotion and AE readiness. Ideal candidates thrive on collaboration, love digging into metrics, and enjoy turning insights into real customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Growth Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase customer acquisition at Seso
  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and outreach tactics

  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the SDR team, providing guidance on lead generation, outreach techniques, and performance optimization.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the SDR team, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that resonate with agricultural businesses and farmers.

  • Data Analysis, Reporting and Tools
  • Utilize Outbound tools (Hubspot, SFDC, etc) to streamline lead generation, track performance metrics, assess the effectiveness of growth strategies, and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure the SDR team is effectively utilizing these tools for tracking outreach, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on growth initiatives, SDR performance, and market trends.

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders in the agriculture sector to understand their needs 
  • Foster relationships with industry partners to enhance brand visibility and create new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth management, business development, or sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams, particularly SDRs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for agriculture and understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector
