Messaging Data Entry Specialist

MOOD: DATAENTRYAGENT What's the job? As a Data Entry agent you will be responsible for handling requests coming in the team’s queue. You will ensure quality control of each audio content received to match the company’s technologies and scheduling it across MOOD’s platforms. Entering new orders, but will also be responsible for keeping & updating site details/connection parameters for Mood Media technologies using customized interfaces. What are the qualifications? ● English – fluent level, verbal & written ● Basic knowledge of MSOffice applications ● Excellent sense of teamwork to effectively communicate relevant information with cross-functional teams ● Organizational and planning skills to properly prioritize and solve queries raised to the department’s attention ● Attention to detail, responsible and well organized as you’ll have to understand device and software particularities in order to provide a high quality service and meet the client’s needs. What am I going to do? ● Monitoring the team’s queue and ensuring quality control for each request raised and providing feedback to relevant departments ● Ensure all orders are processed within Service Level Agreement ● Scheduling the music for MOOD’s clients across all internal platforms (satellite, online and offline devices), based on key elements (time frame, running dates, impacted sites) ● Creating new player configurations based on player type and platform by adding site details, network parameters, music content and user rights. ● Troubleshooting and/or escalating via email and internal ticketing system to provide scheduling assistance and guidance for other operational teams. ● Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
