Job Title: HRIS Analyst (hybrid)Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)FLSA: Exempt #LI-HybridJob Overview:Safe-Guard Products is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven HRIS Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR processes and systems, primarily within ADP Workforce Now, along with other key HR platforms. This role is essential in driving process automation, improving system functionality, and supporting high-impact HR initiatives through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and hands-on experience in managing system enhancements and implementations in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and automation of HR processes across recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and payroll
- Configure and implement enhancements within ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions
- Create and maintain standard and custom reports; ensure data accuracy and support audits
- Develop training materials and lead system training for HR users and managers
- Configure and maintain benefit enrollment modules; troubleshoot related issues
- Manage company intranet HR content and updates
- Implement and configure employee engagement programs on the recognition platform

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS roles; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check
