Position:  Leasing Specialist for Carolina Point Apartments – Greenville, SC


Role Overview


As a Leasing Specialist for Carolina Point located in Greenville, South Carolina, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. We are looking for an all-star Leasing Specialist who enjoys a multi-faceted role which includes leasing, resident engagement, event planning, social media maintenance, marketing outreach, and customer service.  We offer competitive hourly rate + monthly commission + quarterly bonus + 20% rent discount (if desired) + paid training + Health insurance + fun events

Most Important Responsibilities 


  • Sales-focused. Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.  
  • Conflict resolution skills, ability to de-escalate issues and problem-solve.
  • Create and conduct fun events for the residents monthly.  
  • Deliver great customer service to your current residents.
  • Follow up with prospects. Consistent follow-ups are among the most valuable acts for anyone in a sales role.  
  • Product and market knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value in the market. 
  • Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution. 
  • Sparkle and shine vacant apartment homes to ensure they are presentable for prospective residents. 

Most Important Qualifications 


  • Must be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (still enjoy 40 hours per week).
  • Previous Leasing experience, including social media marketing and planning resident events, is preferred. 
  • Candidates with 2+ years of sales, hospitality, and customer service experience are also considered. We are willing to train the right person.
  • Yardi experience is a plus! Vehicle and driver’s license.
  • Strong multitasker, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, quick on your feet.
  • Outgoing personality, quick to connect with others.
  • People skills. The ability to have conversations with prospects and listen to their real needs to build rapport and trust.  
  • Ability to fulfill a 40-hour work week with minimal interruptions.
