About the Role
The Director of Customer Insights will lead our efforts in understanding customer behavior, needs, and preferences across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for driving customer-centric strategies through actionable insights that inform marketing, operations, and the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with business acumen and a passion for understanding what makes customers tick.
A Day in the Life
- Develop and lead the customer insights strategy, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to drive decision-making across the organization.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify key research needs and ensure alignment on customer priorities.
- Monitor and report on customer trends, competitive insights, and market dynamics to inform leadership decisions.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports that track key customer metrics.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer analytics, staying current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or analytics.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders with insights that drive strategic action.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms, such as Python.
- Experience working in a customer-centric, high-growth, or franchise/multi-unit business is a plus.
