- Dream It, Sketch It, Build It: You'll be a key player in brainstorming and developing visual concepts for all sorts of interesting marketing program – think slick websites, engaging social media content, compelling presentations, informative infographics, and more.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You'll be collaborating closely with our other talented designers, compelling copywriters, and strategic marketing minds to make sure our campaigns are visually stunning and hit the mark. Your fresh perspective is seriously valued here.
- Making Ideas a Reality: You'll take those creative briefs and strategic goals and transform them into visually captivating designs that are totally on-brand.
- Time Traveler (of Projects!): You'll learn the art of managing your time and contributing to projects in a timely and organized manner (we're all about hitting those deadlines while having fun!).
- Staying Fresh and Fabulous: You'll have the chance to explore the latest design trends and new technologies, keeping our work cutting-edge and inspiring.
- Wireframe Wizardry (Bonus Points!): You might even get the chance to dabble in creating wireframes to help structure user experiences – a fantastic skill to add to your toolkit!
- Front-End Fun (Extra High-Five!): If you have some basic understanding of front-end design principles (like how designs translate to the web), that's a major plus.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You're currently crushing it as a student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
- Your portfolio is bursting with inspiring design projects that show off your skills and creative flair.
- You're fluent in the language of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or Figma.
- You've got a solid grasp of design fundamentals – we're talking typography that sings, color palettes that pop, layouts that flow, and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy.
- You've got a fantastic eye for detail and a genuine passion for crafting high-quality visuals.
- You're a natural communicator and a fantastic team player – we’re all about collaboration.
- You're proactive, enthusiastic, and always eager to soak up new knowledge.
- Bonus points if you have experience or an understanding of wireframing and basic front-end design concepts.
- Double bonus points if you know what's hot in the design world and are curious about Ai and new tech.
