Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level analyst to provide core functional support for a new software product that is currently in development.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis on Historical District and property management as needed to fulfill functional, data, and product needs throughout the product development process.
- Harvest, store, retrieve, and analyze relevant data based on the needs of the product team.
- Survey the community landscape to identify customer groups and collect/assemble marketing information.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as required by the role, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Clearance Level:
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience researching topics in community development
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for research and data analysis is a plus.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in public administration, community development, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office automation tools, including MS Office, Teams, Excel, etc.

- Position: Part Time
- Work Arrangement: This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates located within 50 miles of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, to facilitate periodic in-person meetings and collaboration sessions.
- Travel Requirements: None
- Work Hours: Work tasks and hours will be coordinated directly by the manager at the start of each week. A typical work week will be less than 30 hours.
