Summary
A Sales Support Specialist provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. They handle tasks like order processing, managing customer accounts, and analyzing sales data to improve strategies. - Administrative Tasks: Processing orders, updating records, and maintaining sales data.
- Sales Process Support: Assisting with quote preparation, order tracking, and shipping confirmations.
- Data Management: Analyzing sales trends, tracking customer interactions, and generating reports.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Providing support to the sales team, including meeting coordination and material preparation.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Staff Support: Assisting staff with administrative tasks, training new employees, and providing general support.

Education and/or Experience
