The Director, Client Success & Account Management is a results-driven, trusted advisor and client advocate; ensuring recognized value and return on clients’ investment. As Director, Client Success & Account Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our clients resulting in gross and net retention achievement.
