to build and lead a modern people function during an exciting period of scale, M&A integration, and international expansion.In this
player-coach role
, you’ll oversee HR operations, payroll, compliance, engagement, and culture, while mentoring our high-performing Senior Recruiter. You’ll work closely with the CFO and leadership team to help us scale with clarity, operational rigor, and a strong, people-first foundation.
What You’ll Own
•
HR Strategy
– Build and execute a scalable HR roadmap across org design, talent planning, and culture.•
Payroll & Compliance
– Run compliant payroll via Paylocity; lead policy development, leave administration, and SOC 2–related HR controls.•
HR Operations
– Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and immigration matters; oversee Paylocity and Lever.•
M&A & Global Growth
– Integrate acquired teams, support legal entity setup, EOR models, and global compliance.•
Total Rewards
– Shape compensation structures and benefits programs in collaboration with Finance.•
Engagement & Culture
– Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture through programs, internal comms, and feedback channels.
What Success Looks Like
• Scalable HR systems and policies in place to support growth and compliance• Strong alignment between recruiting priorities and business goals• High employee engagement, retention, and culture alignment• Seamless integration of acquired teams and international HR operations
You Bring
• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleSaaS or high-growth tech experience• Expertise with Paylocity, Lever, and modern HR systemsU.S. compliance experience: international exposure strongly preferred• Experience supporting immigration and global hiring• Strong communicator and initiative-taker who thrives in lean teams
This is a primarily remote role
