Provides administrative and technical support to assist the HR Accounting and Payroll teams within the Human Resources department.

Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Assists the HR Accounting and Payroll teams in HR related to the following:
  • Administration of new hires & terminations.
  • Maintenance of employee data files and records.
  • Collection and depositing of cash related to long-term incentive (LTI) program.
  • Preparation of wires for approval.
  • Preparation of monthly LTI distribution system uploads and AP check requests.
  • Preparation of monthly account reconciliations.
  • Data collection for audit requests.
  • Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
  • Supports company vision and mission.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

Other Job Responsibilities:


  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding administrative, organizational skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
  • Required: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Workday, SAP

Education Requirements:


  • Required: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
