We’re expanding Pathpoint's Operations team with an Operations Associate role to support our growing volume. This role will report to an Operations Manager and is a remote position based in the United States.

What you’ll do:


  • Operations Associates are assigned to specific regions in Pathpoint’s distribution and within that region are responsible for all the following processes: endorsements, cancellations, and reviewing renewal quotes
  • Support automated processes that have exceptions and edge cases: reviewing Inspections and executing on findings; non-premium bearing endorsements
  • Operations Associates may take on new processes or collaborate with other departments (Financial Operations, Sales, Underwriting) to improve the client experience around Service.

What we look for:


  • Minimum 3 years of Underwriting or Underwriting Assistant experience
  • Experience executing policy changes mid-term (endorsements, cancellations)
  • Ability to keep your desk organized and prioritize and execute across processes
  • Experience with E&S insurance service and operations
  • Knowledge of surplus lines compliance not a requirement but a plus
  • Knowledge of billing workflows in E&S insurance including agency bill and direct bill not a requirement but a plus

$90,000 - $90,000 a yearBase salary + $15,000 per year bonus pool
