Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting executive operations and executives, helping them stay organized and complete tasks that enable them to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Reporting to the Head of the Executive Support Team, duties will include organizing meetings for the VP group, enhancing impact, and expanding the team's execution. This role will be an integral part of the team and the overall company culture, reporting to the Executive Business Partner. In short, this executive assistant role is an extension of the executive support team, supporting and collaborating on all tactical tasks.

The Impact You Will Make
- Providing administrative support in a variety of functions to the Executive Support Team and key executives, who are focused on increasing efficiency and impact.
- Internal calendar management, meeting coordination, and collaboration in support of Senior EA, EBP and Office Manager.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel planning.
- Maintain files, google drives.
- Research information and options for different projects.
- Meeting set up and break down.
- Assist the Executive Support Team in planning on-site HQ meetings and event logistics.
- Create and maintain project information for current project planning and historical purposes.
- Prepare rough draft agendas for meetings.
- Support for additional ad-hoc projects as needed by the executive support team.
- Providing department support as needed to the executive support team.
- Reviews, prioritizes, directs and delegates a wide variety of complex and confidential requests that are presented to the executive for consideration with the guidance of the EBP.
- Summarizes, prioritizes, and researches information into a concise and usable format for the executive and EBP to review.
- Coordinates tactical support on projects, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Assist in planning, executing, and maintaining team events.
- Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives.
- Track and coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.

- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

In-Office Requirement Statement
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3 days a week, and possibly more depending on executive and team attendance/business needs.
Pay Range
At Kajabi we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.US based applicants only.$27.00—$33.50 + equity + bonus
