This person will serve as the escalation point for their Level I and Level II technicians. Network administration and server management experience is a must.

This person must exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail and a high level of accountability with their work. A cybersecurity focused approach is required.

Requirements


·         5 to 10 Years of experience in network and server management with proven examples of increased technical responsibility·         Minimum 2 years help desk experience·         Excellent problem-solving skills·         Self-Motivated·         Experience resolving desktop/laptop issues·         Experience resolving advanced network issues·         Experience with Windows 10/11·         Experience with Windows Server OS·         Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare·         Experience with Microsoft Azure·         Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, SQL, etc)·         Comfortable interacting with customers·         Comfortable working independently·         Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Duties and Responsibilities


·         Planning and implementing network infrastructure builds and changes·         Planning and implementing migration services for clients·         Configuring and deploying firewalls, switches, access points and related hardware·         Troubleshooting complex network and server issues·         Help Desk Related·         Respond to incoming support calls and emails·         Open/Work/Close Help Desk Tickets·         Mobile Device Support·         Desktop/Laptop Support·         Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows OS and MacOS·         Migrate User Data·         Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Windows Server OS·         Install/Configure/Troubleshoot Server Virtualization

·         Bachelor of Science in Information Technology·         Comp TIA A+·         Comp TIA Network +·         CCNA·         Comp TIA Security +·         Microsoft 365 Platform Certifications
