Founding Analytics Hire | Build Traba’s Analytics Function from the Ground Up
We're building Traba’s founding analytics team, and this role isn’t just important - it’s foundational. We’re looking for a highly technical, strategic operator to establish and scale the analytics function from scratch. As our first Strategy & Operations Analytics Manager, you won’t just be advising the business - you’ll be helping shape it.You’ll work side-by-side with Traba’s executive team, translating data into decisions that directly impact our marketplace, growth strategy, and operational efficiency.

🔍 What You’ll Do
- Build Traba’s analytics function from 0 → 1: Define the infrastructure, tools, and processes that become our long-term foundation.
- Own insights that drive mission-critical decisions across growth, supply-demand dynamics, and operational strategy.
- Develop strategic frameworks to optimize our two-sided marketplace and improve key metrics like fill rate and geo-balance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership to execute on high-impact initiatives.
- Design and build dashboards that offer real-time visibility into marketplace health, performance, and trends.
- Lead deep-dive analyses into growth levers, efficiency opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
- Enable self-service analytics, empowering every team at Traba to make better, faster, data-driven decisions.

✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in business analytics, marketplace strategy, or operations at a fast-paced company
- Deep proficiency in SQL and experience with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, run deep analyses, and communicate insights clearly to execs
- Bonus: experience with Python/R, marketplace businesses, or fast-growing startups
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in high-ownership, high-autonomy environments

💸 Salary & Equity
The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000, depending on experience and scope. For exceptional candidates, we’re open to adjusting accordingly. We offer a meaningful equity package designed so you can share in the long-term upside of what we’re building.
