Operations Coordinator – Zimbabwe at Jabu

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful Operations Coordinator to lead our operational roll-out across Zimbabwe. You must be willing to travel frequently, adapt quickly, and take full ownership of on-the-ground execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating all cash-in-transit (CIT) partners to ensure timely and secure collections.
Managing the importation of JabuSafe machines and other equipment.
Organizing and overseeing installations at customer sites.
Arranging transport and logistics of equipment across Zimbabwe.
Onboarding and training new clients during go-live.
Solving problems as they arise – from technical hiccups to client concerns.
Leading field teams and setting the standard for operational excellence.

What we’re looking for:

A proven leader who can work independently.
Someone extremely practical and solutions-driven.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or deployments is a plus.
