We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures in our Quality Assurance department To gain experience in a business setting by working on varied tasks/projects to improve the work process in that department.
Essential Functions & Principle Accountabilities
- Assist in the creation and review of quality-controlled documents such as standard operating procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Support quality system processes for document control, training, electronic approvals, calibration, complaints, etc.
- Initiate and assist with nonconformance and CAR records, including investigations.
- Participate in internal and external audits and support remediation actions.
- Assist in the creation of quality related training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support and develop validation protocols.
Technology
- MS Office skills
- Good keyboarding skills
- Computer skills preferred
Education/Training/Experience
- High School or College enrollment or equivalent preferred
- Experience in an office setting desired
Wage
$16.50
