Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for creating exceptional customer experiences? We’re seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join our growing team! This role blends technical skill with client interaction as you bring premium window treatment solutions—blinds, shades, and shutters—to life in customers’ homes.You’ll take ownership of projects within your territory, from first consultation to final installation, representing one of the nation’s top providers in the window treatment industry.
Location: Bucks County, PA 19404What We Offer:
- Strong Compensation: $60,000 base salary + commissions + quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.

What You’ll Do:
As an Installer, you’ll be the face of our brand in customers’ homes. You’ll:
- Conduct in-home consultations, installations, and repairs within a 45-mile radius.
- Guide customers through product choices, offering expert recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Use precision tools and technology for measuring and installing premium window treatments.
- Manage the full installation process—delivery, setup, and post-service follow-ups.
- Ensure every project meets the highest quality standards and leaves the client delighted.
- Use CRM software to manage orders, schedules, and client communications.
Who You Are:
- Technically Skilled or Eager to Learn: Experience in installation or carpentry is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
- Customer-Centric: You love solving problems and ensuring customers are beyond satisfied—especially in high-end homes.
- Communicative & Confident: You know how to explain processes clearly and make clients feel at ease.
- Detail-Oriented & Dependable: You take pride in getting the job done right, the first time.

Requirements:
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Designated space to park the company vehicle at your residence.
- Background in installation, carpentry, and customer service or sales.
