Senior Revenue Strategy & Programs Manager

What's The Role:


We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Revenue Strategy & Programs Manager to join our team at ThoughtSpot. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Operations, this person will be responsible for owning and executing high-impact programs across the go-to-market organization, with a focus on operating rhythm, sales initiatives, competitive intelligence, and internal event execution. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Executive Leadership to ensure we stay aligned, informed, and operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You'll Do:


  • Run the Rhythm of the Business (ROB): Own the planning, content development, and execution of GTM All Hands, QBRs, KPI reviews, sales leadership meetings, and ongoing operational cadences across GTM.
  • Sales Plays Program Management: Drive cross-functional coordination and execution of strategic sales plays and EOL programs, partnering with Product Marketing, Enablement, and Field teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Competitive Program Ownership: Lead the competitive intelligence programs, including social listening, win/loss analysis, internal enablement, and cross-functional research to help teams respond effectively to market trends.
  • SKO & Strategic Event Execution: Project manage the planning and execution of Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and GTM leadership offsites, ensuring they are aligned to strategic priorities and delivered with excellence.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Support cross-functional efforts to map the end-to-end customer journey across GTM functions, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Field Leadership Council: Facilitate ‘voice of the field’ program to ensure we consolidate feedback from the field on company operational improvements and execute a change management program through the council to drive change within the GTM org
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes for how we plan, report, and operate as a GTM org, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Internal Communications: Support the creation and rollout of communications to the broader revenue org in partnership with HR and leadership.

What You Bring:


  • 4–8 years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or sales operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leveraging AI to in workflows to build content and write communications
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving execution across teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with go-to-market motions and supporting revenue-generating teams
  • Excellent communication skills, able to create presentations to convey complex concepts into a clear and compelling narrative; experience developing content for executive stakeholders
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: experience in workshop facilitation, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, or customer journey work
