Freelance Copywriter (1 Month Contract)

The successful candidate will work to create effective, compelling written content for the Knix brand in focused channels, collaborating with other team members to help build the next great global Canadian brand.

About You


  • You’re an effective communicator, a skillful writer, and passionate about bringing product and brand stories to life.
  • You don’t shy away from challenges and are always looking for creative solutions to obstacles.
  • You’re naturally curious—about people, the world around you, and how Knix products can help people live more freely.

The Opportunity


  • Write compelling copy for select Knix marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team (writers, art directors, graphic designers) to develop content and solve creative challenges.
  • Meet regularly with cross-functional teams to identify best practices, uncover new opportunities, and gather insights.

Qualifications


  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Copywriting or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Copywriting
  • Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional writing skills and a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Excellent collaborator
  • Available during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM) for up to 30 hours per week
