Director of  Business Intelligence


to lead our business systems and data strategy. In this role, you will oversee the design, delivery and support of our business systems and analytics solutions, ensuring data flows are optimized and accurate for actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.This position requires a strong mix of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive data initiatives and help decision-makers at all levels leverage data more effectively.

As Director of Business Intelligence at Eko, You Will:


  • Define and lead the overall BI architecture and data strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define and Design robust and scalable data models, semantic layers, and data pipelines that support advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, optimization and scaling of dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Stablish and oversee data governance policies and practices and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Drive the adoption and effective use of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) across departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data integration and flow between key operational systems such as Netsuite and salesforce.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to executives and business units, providing insights that influence strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure effective data integration processes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging BI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Prioritize and  lead BI project timelines, scope, and deliverables.

As Director of Business Intelligence at Eko, You Have:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data management.
  • 5+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, or similar).
  • In-depth experience with salesforce and Netsuite
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining a data-driven culture.

As Director of Business Intelligence at Eko, Key Competencies:


  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Background in hardware and software technology companies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R.
  • Certification in BI tools or data management (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Certified, CDMP).
