- Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Manage the weekly payment cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee all activities related to accounts payable, including monthly reconciliations and AP aging reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare funding requests.
- Maintain direct communication with vendors and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Certified Bookkeeper, Type 2 or above.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Hands-on experience in supplier invoice recording, bank reconciliations, and supplier account reconciliations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
- A true team player passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP - a significant advantage.
