About the Role:
We’re looking for a Content Manager with a Copywriting Background who lives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and structure. Someone who can manage and create high-quality, impactful content — from in-app lessons to marketing materials, PDFs, eBooks, e-commerce copy, and more — all while keeping the user front and center.
Your impact:
- Researching and planning content with a strong UX + marketing lens.
- Creating clear outlines, content plans, and briefs.
- Reviewing, editing, and approving content created by freelancers and team members.
- Managing freelancers and sourcing new talent when needed.
- Collaborating with multiple departments (Marketing, B2B, E-commerce, Developers, Agencies).
- Working on a wide range of content types — think: in-app content, educational courses, eBooks, campaigns, promotional articles etc.
About you:
- Solid experience in content management and copywriting (US/ international market).
- Fluent English with a feel for tone, flow, style, and clarity.
- A strategic mind that can structure content clearly and effectively.
- A deep understanding of marketing, user experience, and instructional design.
- A creative approach paired with the ability to make complex info digestible.
- Experience juggling multiple content formats (app, course, PDF, e-commerce, etc.).
- Stellar communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
- Agility — you’re comfortable shifting gears between wellness, psychology, fashion, and more.
- Strong research skills — you know how to dig deep and find what matters.
- The ability to process a lot of info and turn it into paywall-worthy materials.
Will be a plus:
- Have worked in health, wellness (mental and physical), or fitness. Created courses, app-based content, or educational materials.
- Bring a structured approach to your creative process.
- Are always up for learning something new, testing tools, or diving into new formats.
