The Job:


At Convoso, we’re constantly, vigilantly looking for ways to reshape the future of lead generation contact centers. Our mission is to revolutionize the call center industry by empowering agents to convert leads faster. That’s where you come in.​​We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Innovation Team—someone who thrives at the crossroads of carrier/telco innovation, product experimentation, and customer feedback. This is not your typical PM role. You’ll be steering fast-moving initiatives, helping prototype the future, and turning raw insight into scalable product direction.This role requires a deeply technical thinker, a strong cross-functional communicator, and a pusher — someone who can sort the signal from the noise and knows when to push an idea forward or park it.Stepping into this very challenging role will mean stepping into a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Serve as the connective tissue between carrier, internal engineers, product strategists, consultants and customers to build and validate innovative ideas.
  • Distill a constant stream of insight—carrier insights, experimental features, BI insights, customer feedback—into crisp problem definitions and opportunity assessments.
  • Translate ideas into clear product specs, user stories, and agile artifacts to direct engineering teams across Python, Node.js, React, and PHP stacks.
  • Run agile sprints with engineering teams to test, iterate, and deliver product experiments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Carrier and Customer facing teams to ensure alignment across technical feasibility and strategic direction.
  • Own the roadmap for innovation initiatives, balancing velocity with long-term value.
  • Work closely with our Chief Product Officer and co-founder to pilot early ideas and shape MVP requirements.
  • Present concepts, findings, and roadmaps to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Act as a trusted translator between business goals and technical execution.

Who You Are:


  • 5–10 years of experience in product management or technical program management, ideally in fast-moving SaaS environments.
  • Engineering background required—you should be able to go deep enough to challenge technical assumptions and unblock conversations with developers.
  • Hands-on experience working with dev teams using Python, Node.js, React, and PHP.
  • Proven ability to lead agile development cycles, run scrums, manage backlog, and ship MVPs.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you can talk API with engineers, business impact with execs and value with customers.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration—you act as a connector between product, engineering, customers, and external partners.
  • Natural curiosity and a relentless drive to explore, prototype, and refine.
  • Adept at filtering ideas and feedback, separating what’s essential from what’s noise.
  • Must be based in the Greater Los Angeles Metro Area
