What We Are Looking For:
Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software solutions to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders.Requirements· Is a subject matter expert for several areas of the KeyStone core system as well as providing direction as to the business value of enhancement requests.· Analyze, create, and document business and system processes into functional requirements documentation ensuring the standards are met while using excellent written and verbal communications skills
Utilize process mapping, elicitation, and requirements gathering techniques to develop technical specifications with the use of templates and process flows. Work with development teams during the design, development, testing, and implementation of modifications to systems. Provide ownership of development requests from start to completion.· Performs intermediate to complex analysis of business and technical information, gathered through collaboration with various stakeholders, participating in solution design with Developers and senior Architects. · Prepares required documentation, including but not limited to High-Level Requirements, Process Flow documents, Detailed Functional Requirements, Scope documents, Testing Scenarios, and Confluence documentation for all development requests as deemed necessary by current methodologies.· Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
Three plus years Business Analyst experience or related experience.Intermediate understanding of the KeyStone platform is required
Education
(1) Business Analyst certification or equivalent (2) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (3) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (4) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training. 2 + years working on Agile software development teams.

Pay Range:
Range depends on geographic metro / zone, budget, and experience.Salary Description$95,000 - $105,000
