Job Requirements1. Establish and maintain open relationships with key stakeholders at all clients2. Develop and maintain master production schedule in collaboration with production and management3. Use the company’s ERP system (Acumatica) to plan and record production orders as well as generate necessary reports and adjustments6. Facilitate standing meetings with key accounts and provide updates to all accounts promptly regarding all production needs and changes: Scheduling, Packaging & Ingredient Needs, Delays and Production Updates, Testing Results, Distro Coordination, Work with clients for production forecasts and upcoming needs7. Monitor Revenue tracker and track performance metrics8. Analyze loss/waste on production runs and report anomalies to management and clients as needed9. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement10. Collaborate with department heads to synchronize warehouse activities, such as production, distribution, planning, record management, inventory availability and needs, etc.

Role Summary:
The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for production scheduling, raw material inventory coordination, and client communications regarding orders. This position will be the point of contact for clients and will assist management in the flow of information as needed. The coordinator will work closely with production, warehousing and logistics daily to ensure scheduling is on track. This role will also support management and finance with production metrics to analyze efficiency and to invoice promptly.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a stationary position for 75% of the time
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time
- This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
