This role will manage our day-to-day activity on social channels (i.e. X, LinkedIn,YouTube), elevate the visibility of our tokenized security ecosystem, and amplify our position asa market leader in on-chain finance. The ideal candidate is a blockchain-savvy social storytellerwho thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build trusted engagement with web3and tradfi audiences alike.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Community Engagement- Develop and execute a compelling, channel-specific social media calendar for both theSecuritize and Converge brands- Create and curate engaging, shareable content (graphics, memes, threads, polls, etc.)aligned with RWA tokenization trends- Engage with community members, influencers, and industry leaders to driveconversations and grow reachCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify product launches,partnerships, and event campaignsOperations & Analysis- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth,and campaign outcomes- Optimize content strategy using platform analytics and performance insights- Manage approvals, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and compliancewhen necessary- Ensure alignment with brand voice and regulatory requirements (especially in financialand securities markets)- Additional Duties as assigned or neededQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with demonstrated experience managing crypto/fintechbrand social accounts- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, tokenization, and web3 culture/memes- Proficiency in all social media platforms as well as social publishing & reporting platforms (i.e.Sprout Social), CRM platforms (i.e.
