The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting UE members conducting training initiatives on the UE Learning Portal LMS. They assess individual member training needs and devise a recommended implementation approach employing the system capabilities that best deliver the desired experience. They provide coaching on implementing and administering training, serving as the training point of contact for their assigned segment of membership. This individual is also responsible for experience improvement projects assigned throughout the year.

TheImplementation Specialist is an organized problem solver who will ensure members and constituentsenjoy a frictionless experience implementing UE training, resulting in anexceptionalend-user experience and high customer retention.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct onboarding calls and provide follow-up support for Training Administrators.
  • Identify and implement appropriate LMS functions to support each member’s specific training needs relating to: user management, automated grouping and enrollment rules, learning plans, SSO, and reporting.
  • Continually seek ways enhance the Training Administrator and learner experience.
  • Provide services that keep members satisfied while setting realistic expectations.
  • Ensure a closed feedback loop with Training Administrators reporting issues or requesting platform enhancements that require investigation by LMS administrators.
  • End User Support: respond to basic Tier 2 technical support tickets, performing initial troubleshooting and relaying findings to LMS administrator when unable to resolve
  • Industry Knowledge: stay abreast of developments in the field of eLearning and serve as an internal contributor on best practices, add-on solutions, and emerging innovations

Requirements:


  • Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in a technical support or account management role preferred
  • Ability to build effective relationships and forge alliances with internal- and external-facing stakeholders including members and vendors
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms and document business processes to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), their configuration, and technical functions
  • Ability to tactfully negotiate multiple demands and prioritize in response to fluctuations in support demands

The below annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.Salary Range$60,000—$70,000 USD

  • 401(k) — UE makes a 3% safe harbor non-elective contribution beginning the first of the month after date of hire; these funds are vested immediately. After one year of service, employees receive a 7% profit sharing non-elective contribution, as well as become eligible for a matched contribution of 25% of the first 5% employee deferral. Employees can make pre-tax contributions or taxed (Roth) salary reductions. Catch-up contributions for employees 50 years old and over. Employer contributions are fully vested three years from eligibility date.
  • Life Insurance — UE pays for Basic Life Insurance, and employees have the option to apply for additional Voluntary coverage.
  • Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance — We offer coverage in the event employees are unable to work for a period of time.
  • For the first two years of employment, employees accrue PTO at 24 days per year. At the beginning of the third year of service, employees accrue 30 days per year of PTO.
  • 11 paid holidays annually including Juneteenth and an employee choice floating holiday
  • Bonus eligibility is based on salary earned and performance for the year.
  • Hybrid environment - employees are typically in the office 2-3 days per week after the initial training period.
