Role:
Maintenance Manager
Location: Monson, MAExempt

Your Impact:
- Oversee entire facility maintenance responsibilities, include managing repairs
- Establish schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
- Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
- Work with contractors, vendors, and the national and facility management teams to address maintenance and emergency situations promptly

- You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
