Job Purpose


Keystone Advisors is seeking a professional, bilingual Agent Success Representative to join our Houston-based team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our agent partners through outstanding customer service, proactive communication, and hands-on guidance. The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service, sales, or fieldwork as a licensed insurance agent, and is passionate about empowering others to succeed.

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agents, providing onboarding, training, and continuous support• Assist agents with licensing, certifications, and compliance-related inquiries• Deliver product knowledge, sales coaching, and performance feedback to help agents achieve production goals• Maintain regular communication with agents through phone, email, and virtual meetings• Collaborate with internal departments including Broker Relations, Contracting, Marketing, Retention, and Compliance to ensure agent needs are met efficiently• Track agent engagement and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for additional support and development• Represent Keystone Advisors at local field events and trainings to support agent recruitment and retention• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor for agents throughout their partnership with Keystone

Qualifications


• Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance agent fieldwork – Strongly preferred• Familiarity with the health insurance industry, including licensing and certification processes – Preferred• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM platforms• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (especially September–December)• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
