You’ll take concepts from early exploration through to polished production-ready designs. Your work will directly impact our customers and clients and help shape the future of our product offerings.What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with various teams across the company to define and design new product features
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment
- Translate complex problems into simple and elegant user experiences
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Champion a user-centric design approach, advocating for our customers and clients at every step
- Collaborate on and contribute to the evolution of our design system and component library
- Rapidly prototype and iterate designs based on user feedback and business needs
- Communicate design rationale clearly to teammates, stakeholders, and developers
What we’re looking for:
- Post secondary education is an asset
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design is required
- Advanced proficiency with Figma is required
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, fast iteration, and shifting priorities
- Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design best practices
- Ability to work autonomously but thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Strong communication skills - you can clearly articulate your design decisions and thought processes
