We're now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our acquisition, activation, and conversion strategies across paid and organic channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid platforms
- Own the entire growth funnel—from awareness to conversion—ensuring high-quality lead generation and activation
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives to maximize conversion rates
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle campaigns using HubSpot
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, Amplitude, and Hotjar
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop conversion-focused landing pages and messaging
- Drive SEO and inbound marketing strategies to grow organic traffic and signups
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns and improving CAC, CPL, and LTV metrics
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Looker, Amplitude, and other marketing tools
- Experience with CRM and automation platforms such as HubSpot, Clearbit, or similar
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies
