One of the leaders in F&B Innovation, we at the Independent Food Company are seeking to hire exceptionally creative, passionate and adventurous Brand Marketing Managers for our unique and popular F&B concepts.

As a Sourcing Manager, the scope of your role will include:

Management and coordination of the sales
Operations planning process
Supply / demand forecasting, inventory management, and on time delivery
Management of vendor relationships.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Strong communicator• Able to work independently• Good analytical skills

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience in full service environmentMulti-national experience in the field of restaurants (UAE experience preferred)
