You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to create consumer-grade experiences within an enterprise context — balancing usability, clarity, and delight.This isn’t just another design job. What a day in a designers life at Seekout Looks like
* Own end-to-end product design — from framing user problems to crafting intuitive and delightful solutions.* Design clean, modern, and consumer-grade UI that elevates complex enterprise workflows.* Design explorations — facilitate whiteboarding, wireframing, and collaborative workshops with cross-functional peers.* Partner deeply with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product direction.* Create interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and gather feedback early and often.* Present design work to stakeholders — from product teams to leadership — and clearly articulate rationale.* Contribute to and evolve SeekOut’s design system — ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.* Participate actively in design critiques to give and receive actionable feedback.* Stay plugged into design trends, enterprise UX challenges, and AI-driven product patterns to keep your work fresh and relevant.
What You Bring
* 6–10 years of experience in product design, preferably with consumer-facing or prosumer tools* Strong experience designing for end-users with high standards for usability and delight* Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools* Experience conducting and applying user research to guide product decisions* Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can pitch ideas clearly and give/receive feedback gracefully* Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving* A love for white boarding and thinking visually with your team
Nice to Have
* Experience with AI-driven interfaces or HRTech* Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices* Background in building or evolving design systems* 4+ years of experience in designing for mobile screens
