About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant who can also play a critical role in site operations for our growing R&D hub in India.This is a hybrid role that goes beyond calendar management — it’s about enabling a high-performing leadership team, shaping team culture, and making the engine behind the scenes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the R&D Site Lead, partnering on day-to-day planning as well as longer-term initiatives that support engineering, product, and design teams at the site.
In this role you can expect to
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate with global time zones
- Help prepare for leadership meetings, offsites, and internal communications
- Track action items and follow through across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate travel, events, and team logistics as needed
- Partner with Workplace/Facilities/IT to ensure smooth site functioning
- Plan and support internal events (e.g., all-hands, offsites, leadership visits)
- Be a point-of-contact for India based R&D activities and team rituals
- Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and site culture
- Collaborate with other EAs, business operations, and global stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination, light documentation, and reporting
- Communicate effectively across functions to keep work moving forward
You may be a good fit for our team if you have
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant or in program/site operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with grace and discretion
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
- A calm, can-do attitude with a bias toward action
- Experience in a tech/R&D environment is a plus
Bonus If You Have
- Experience supporting engineering/product/design teams
- Exposure to internal tooling (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong written communication and coordination skills
