What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a passionate Junior/Intern UI Designer to join our creative team. You’ll focus on:
- Crafting engaging UI elements (buttons, icons, widgets, form fields, etc.)
- Designing marketing materials (social posts, banners, email templates, simple print collateral)
- Supporting and learning from our Senior UI Designer to bring digital experiences to life.
- Assisting with simple video content (product teasers, social media clips, event promos) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva to enhance visual storytelling—especially when working with Envato or similar video templates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior UI Designer to translate wireframes and user flows into polished interface components
- Create visual assets for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Assist in designing graphics and layouts for marketing campaigns (social media, newsletters, digital ads)
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorms, and critique sessions to continuously improve your craft
- Adapt and resize existing assets for various screen sizes and marketing channels
- Edit and repurpose pre-designed Envato video templates using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, where required
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva is a plu
- A strong portfolio (academic, personal, or freelance) showcasing UI design samples or digital graphics
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow under the mentorship of senior designers
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, marketers, product managers)
- Time-management skills and ability to handle multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment
