About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Engineer or Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
- Execute manual testing (functional, exploratory, usability, regression) across web and mobile.
- Identify, document, and track issues to resolution with developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure testability.
- Validate APIs and system integrations.
- Support release processes and perform final quality checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
- Maintain and organize test documentation.
What You Need
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer – Manual or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and document defects effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Best If You Have
- Worked in an early stage or growing stage start-up
- Majority experience with product-based companies
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Basic understanding of APIs and database testing.
- Experience with specific industry domains (e.g., Fintech, Logistics, E-commerce) where reliable software is critical.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
