All while continuing to develop industry-leading, innovative ebikes.We hire RADICAL people to join our global teams: Results-Driven, Approachable, Diverse, Innovative, Customer-Driven, Accountable, and always Learning.For this role, we are searching for a performance-driven and data-loving marketer to steer paid and performance marketing efforts. You’ll lead the charge in scaling our customer acquisition across our digital advertising channels while also supporting initiatives that drive traffic to our growing network of physical retail locations. You’ll lead full-funnel paid media campaign execution, analyzing performance data, running A/B tests, and making strategic optimizations to maximize ROI and drive growth.

You’ll be at the forefront of our marketing engine, working closely with our creative and ecommerce teams to unlock sustainable and scalable growth for Rad. This role will report to the Director of Finance and Performance Marketing. The salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Why You’re Rad (about you): 


  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth DTC or omnichannel environment
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets ($1M+/year)
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Criteo
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and Tableau
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for sustainability, micromobility, and helping build a purpose-driven brand

What You’ll Do: 


  • Own performance marketing strategy across key digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, managing budget allocations across platforms to maximize ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to continuously test and iterate on ad messaging, formats, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on channel and campaign performance with a focus on attribution and incrementality.
  • Collaborate with finance and company leadership to forecast spend, model performance scenarios, and track marketing contribution to revenue goals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth channels; proactively identify opportunities for expansion and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, or ad tech vendors as needed.

Additional Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or similar relevant experience
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with vision and attention to detail

You get bonus points for: 


  • MBA/MS or advanced degree
  • Experience with retail or omnichannel marketing attribution models and tools
  • Experience overseeing or managing affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Impact, etc.
  • Experience in the bike or outdoor industry

Had you been with us last month, you would have:


  • Amplified our successful launch of three new ebikes through awareness campaigns across paid social and search channels
  • Tested and determined the optimal balance between top-of-funnel and conversion-focused investments to expand our audience and drive incremental sales
  • Developed geo-targeted campaigns to encourage customers in proximity to our retail stores to test ride and ultimately purchase new ebikes
  • Collaborated with Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams to establish KPIs for marketing effectiveness across both DTC and third-party retail
