About this role
We are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager who will be responsible fortimely and accurate management and execution of client accounts, including contract compliance, reporting and insights, plan design changes, eligibility changes, troubleshooting, and implementations.They will work with multi-functional teams to drive customer centered projects including use of Prescryptive’s proprietary customer technology, communication initiatives and managing customer touchpoints. Work includes directly managing accounts and participation as a team member on complex accounts.
This role requires a customer service mindset, strong communication skills, a data-driven / analytical approach, and strong technology skills.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary representative of Prescryptive for assigned accounts, drawing on a comprehensive understanding of customers’ objectives and Prescryptive’s product and operations.
- Respond to customer, broker and TPA inquiries and escalations, researching as necessary and quickly bringing requests to positive, well communicated resolution high satisfaction.
- Build relationships with key client, broker, and TPA representatives for assigned accounts, sharing Prescryptive’s capabilities and product offerings.
- Facilitate annual business cycle for assigned accounts, including business reviews, plan design analysis, compliance requirements, performance guarantee reporting, and account renewals.
- Participate in customer facing meetings, leading and/or contributing to meeting planning and follow up activities.
- Lead efforts to deliver on plan sponsors’ priorities such as member engagement and cost management.
- Participate in and manage internal cross functional teams tackling customer-related operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3+ years in client services, account management, or project management roles within PBM, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industries.
- 5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success in meeting project timelines and objectives
- Track record of building trusting relationships, leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and delivering high quality, accurate work product
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
- Strong self-starter that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
- Capable of working in ambiguity, wear multiple hats and create / own end-to-end processes
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SalesForce and project management tools (such as SmartSheet) a plus
