That’s where you come in.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Systems Manager to lead the management, customization and optimization of our business-critical SaaS applications. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the procurement and renewal process for SaaS solutions, managing key SaaS platforms, and spearheading the implementation of a new system and associated processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, operations, and business process improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Serve as the primary technical owner and business partner for all corporate departments applications requirements, working closely with Finance, HR, BI, Security, RnD, IT and other corporate teams.
  • Own and administrator corporate applications such as NetSuite, Monday Jira, HRIS, ITSM, and more.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of all SaaS application procurement and renewals, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Partner with Finance, BI, IT and Security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of financial and operational tools.
  • Lead the implementation and rollout of a new procurement system, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, project management, and change enablement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices for SaaS and financial application usage and governance.
  • Monitor system performance, user access, data integrity, and compliance across all managed applications.
  • Analyze usage trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and provide user support and training.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3+ years of experience in business applications management, SaaS operations, and systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Monday Jira.
  • Experience managing SaaS procurement lifecycles and vendor relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful system implementations or process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with procurement workflows and enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a an advantage.
  • Experience with SaaS spend management platforms (e.g., Zip, Procurify, etc.)- advantage.
  • Background in business operations roles- advantage.
  • Technical proficiency with integrations or data flows between applications -advantage.
