WHY WE NEED YOU


Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales & Strategic Enablement team to accelerate the performance and alignment of our Sales organization. Your mission will be to develop and implement impactful enablement content, onboarding programs, and training initiatives in order to improve commercial efficiency and collaboration across teams.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM


We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 1 person currently focused on Sales Enablement, working closely with a broader Sales organization of 50+ people. This role will involve close interaction with the Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment and coherence in go-to-market initiatives.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE


- Design and manage onboarding programs for new sales team members.- Develop and maintain sales playbooks and best practices.- Organize and deliver ongoing training sessions on tools, processes, and products.- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product updates into sales-ready materials.- Drive adoption of tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.- Analyze enablement impact on performance metrics and propose improvements.- Structure documentation in knowledge bases and LMS platforms.- Align with RevOps and Sales Leaders to identify enablement gaps.- Support cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, and Product.- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and excellence across the Sales team.

ABOUT YOU


HARDSKILLS:- Proven experience (2–5 years) in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, B2B Sales, or B2B Marketing.- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach).- Experience with onboarding, training design, and enablement content creation.- Familiarity with SaaS and/or B2B tech environments.- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.SOFTSKILLS:- Excellent communication and active listening skills.- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
