This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, secure user authentication, and efficient access management processes.

Your Impact:
- Implement and configure Okta IAM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations between Okta and various applications, including HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM implementations.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide support for IAM solutions, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in IAM implementations.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate IAM configurations and integrations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and clients.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather
- requirements and define IAM solutions.
Your Toolkit:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 5 years experience Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Okta platforms and IAM solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified
- Administrator, or Okta Certified Developer are a plus
- Proficiency in Okta, identity and access management (IAM), and integration technologies.
Compensation:
$110,000 USD - $126,000 USDThe pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
