Sales Director


to build and scale our channel partnerships and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS sales leadership, a deep understanding of channel ecosystems, and a proven track record of building outbound sales engines from scratch.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute Kixie’s channel partner program to recruit, onboard, and activate high-value partners (e.g., CRM partners, MSPs, resellers).
  • Establish partner enablement initiatives, including sales training, co-marketing campaigns, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Build relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive partner-sourced revenue.
  • Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team focused on pipeline generation and direct revenue growth.
  • Design outbound sales strategies, including target account selection, messaging frameworks, outreach cadences, and prospecting workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align channel and outbound strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements


  • 3-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a focus on both channel and outbound sales.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling programs from inception.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and outbound sales best practices.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.

$150,000 - $225,000 a yearThe range posted above reflects the possible total compensation for this role and may vary based on factors such as experience and skills. The selected candidate will also be eligible to receive equity, subject to the terms and conditions of the company’s equity incentive plan.Apply for this job
