About the team


The Device Management Product is a crucial in standardizing processes and technology platforms by implementing precise solutions for IT asset management, is responsible for developing strategies and planning investments for assets, acquisitions, and efficient operations.Our commitment is to ensure the complete lifecycle of end-user devices. We achieve this by applying operating system updates, managing vulnerabilities and offering customized configurations. We conduct installations aimed at resolving issues, introducing new features, and enhancing the reliability and security of these devices, while always focusing on optimizing the user experience.Our goal is to implement asset management that prioritizes smarter investments, promotes cost savings, and enhances operational efficiency through global standardization and best practices, with a focus on innovation and technological excellence.

You will be responsible for


We are seeking a Senior infrastructure Engineer who can provide significant value to our team through technical leadership, autonomy, and an analytical and strategic vision in solving complex problems, this person should possess robust technical skills, exceptional communication ability, and mentoring skills to guide junior analysts within the team.

Responsibilities and required soft Skills


  • Planning, Collaboration, and Execution:

Plan and execute entire features and tasks through the team and other Business Unit (BU) teams. Break down a feature into smaller tasks and execute them independently, while leading and involving others and mentoring junior members.Advanced planning, project management, leadership, and mentoring skills.Break down large projects into manageable tasks and distribute these tasks among team members, coordinating execution, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Specialization and Technical Translation:

As a specialist in support, translate technical language into business terms and make data-driven decisions.Technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate efficiently with non-technical stakeholders.Translate technical performance metrics into executive reports for senior management, suggesting strategic improvements based on data.

  • Impact and Execution:

Seek ways to improve processes through code, process changes, and team initiatives, being a driver of continuous improvement and support to the team.Proactivity, process optimization skills, and technical implementation capability.Automate manual processes and introduce new tools to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.

  • Support and Knowledge Dissemination:

Support teams on complex projects, manage stakeholder expectations and provide a clear view of current and future steps.Stakeholder management skills, clear communication, and technical proficiency.Lead technical reviews and provide clear directions to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project objectives.

  • Problem-Solving and Obstacle Removal:

Identify and resolve critical problems, focus on root causes, and remove technical obstacles to the team's progress.Problem-solving skills, deep analysis, and agility in implementing solutions.Diagnose critical system issues, lead the team in implementing solutions, and conduct retrospectives to prevent future problems.

  • Communication and Leadership:

Identify and correct communication issues, disagree constructively, guide the team through discussions, and provide ongoing feedback.Communication skills, collaborative leadership, and constructive feedback.Facilitate whiteboard sessions, mediate discussions to build innovative solutions, and promote a culture of constructive feedback.

  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Provide and seek timely feedback for peers, juniors, seniors, and managers, always aiming for continuous improvement of the team and deliverables.Feedback skills, mentoring, and a focus on continuous improvement.Conduct post-project feedback meetings, highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance team performance.

We are looking for a person who


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with operating systems such as macOS, Linux, and Windows.
  • Experience with databases (e.g., MariaDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, or others).
  • Experience with AWS Cloud environments (e.g., Lambda, Workspaces, Virtual Machines, RDS, CloudWatch, and others).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management tools, and continuous integration methods (e.g., Logging, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Pipelines, or others).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Telegraf, Grafana, Prometheus, ETL, Zabbix, or others).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Shell Script, Python, Java, .NET, or other languages).
  • Experience with scripting, automation, and APIs (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, or other languages).
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and solving technical issues.
  • Proficiency in documenting problems and solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Product Functionality:


  • Device Management: (setup e deployment)
  • Solid experience with MDM solutions, Apple Admin, and Linux Admin (e.g., Jamf, MDM, MDS, Apple Business, Rudder, or others).
  • Configure and manage security policies for devices.
  • Deploy and manage applications on devices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot device-related issues.
  • Implement solutions for protecting devices and applications against vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for mobile and desktop device-related issues.
  • Ensure device version updates.
  • Facilitate peer programming and knowledge transfer to peers and operations teams.
  • Stay updated on best practices for security and device management.
  • Consult and stay aligned with the product team regarding new tasks and requirements for device management.
  • Knowledge of Apple ADE (Automated Device Enrollment).
