We are actively seeking a Graduate Product Test Engineer based in East Kilbride, who will report to the Test Development Manager. Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans, taking inputs from key stakeholders
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
- Debug complex software and provide clear documentation and communications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project goals.
- Participate in team meetings and present findings or progress.
- Maintain documentation and reports for various engineering activities.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Requirements are:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
- Must be eligible and authorised to work in the UK.
- As a graduate engineer trainee, you will undergo extensive training and gain hands-on experience in various engineering projects. You will work closely with senior engineers, learn about semiconductor industry practices, and contribute to innovative solutions within the company.
- Able to work tight and variable time scales.
- Self-starter and ability to plan and manage own workload.
- Flexibility to travel to Kandou’s offices, supplier and customer locations.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with excellent numerical ability.
- An innovative, creative, lateral thinking problem solver.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
- Microsoft Office Suite.
