Your mission
Empower and retain an exceptionally impactful team
What you will do
- Run day-to day operations
- Address employee HR questions with empathy and care
- Own seamless onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Continuously improve People processes & policies to maximize compliance, operational efficiency, and cost efficiency
- Support cyclical programs
- Design and execute engagement survey
- Design and execute performance cycle

- Administers systems with strong record-keeping, documentation, and punctuality

The hourly rate for this position is $65/hr - $85/hr. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
