You’ll join our ML and AI squad, focusing on the development of generative AI agents, and work closely with our Head of Data and Data teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
- Contribute to the development of generative AI and other ML products, working closely with stream-aligned product teams.
- Support testing and monitoring strategies for generative AI outputs to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to improve model deployment, monitoring, validation, and governance processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented ML code and pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥
You’ll need:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying ML models throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience with generative AI and LLM models preferred, including prompt engineering and RAG applications.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Ray, Keras, Spark).
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Snowflake preferred).
- Practical experience with model testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
