SUMMARY


Industry Principals are experienced industry veterans who bring deep fluency and credibility in both the multifamily space and RealPage solutions.  Industry Principals work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success as subject matter experts representing RealPage externally and helping guide strategy internally.  This Industry Principal position is specifically responsible for bringing deep expertise in RealPage’s marketing solutions.  This is a subject matter expert who brings extensive experience and credibility in multifamily marketing operations.  An Industry Principal leverages that experience to represent RealPage as a thought leader in sales operations and product planning, as well as through webcasts and blogs and other venues as needed.

  • Participate in customer-facing presentations and meetings as subject matter expert to bring fluency into how our customers leverage RealPage solutions to optimize performance.
  • Foster strong collaboration across various departments to ensure alignment and achieve business unit goals.
  • Drive enablement of the sales organization to achieve net revenue growth.
  • Represent RealPage as a thought leader and subject matter expert via multiple channels including webcasts, blogs, white papers, conferences, and other venues as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends related to multi-family marketing software, including emerging opportunities, innovations, competitive solutions, and customer insights, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor team members to share industry expertise, coach on sales strategies, and emphasize relentless focus on customer perspective and voice.
  • Support launches and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful market entry and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 10 years of experience in the rental housing industry
  • Relevant, direct experience with multi-family marketing solutions required
  • Proficient in RealPage marketing solutions
  • Experience with SaaS specific real estate solutions preferred
  • Project management skills preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES


  • Ability to travel as needed to client, prospect and trade events
  • Strong command of writing fundamentals and an ability to write blogs and case studies
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to succinctly and fluently present complex ideas in an easy-to-understand way, and an ability to present via in-person meetings, web meetings, and webcasts or videos

Physical Demands and Working Conditions


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.
